Addai G. Dexter, age 12, left this earthly life on Monday, April 9, 2018 in Andover, KS.  He was born on Oct. 20, 2005 in Concordia, KS to Michael Dexter & Christy Stringer.

Addai attended schools in Concordia and Rose Hill.  Addai was a voracious writer and enjoyed spending time with his family.  He played trombone, soccer, loved shooting & was an avid gamer.

He is survived by his father, Michael Dexter (Balari), Concordia; mother, Christy Streeter (Justin), Andover, KS; brothers, Jared Dexter & Zac Dexter, both of Topeka,  Micah Streeter, Andover; sister, Ashley Luttjohann (Andrew), Topeka; several step-brothers & step-sisters; grandparents; Cheryl Dexter, Concordia & Larry & Carol Stringer, Concordia.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, George Dexter.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Friday at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia with Pastor David Blythe officiating.  Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia.  Visitation will be from 1-8 pm with the family greeting friends from 6-8 pm, Thurs., April 12, 2018 at the funeral home.  The family suggests memorials to the family and will be designated at a later date in care of the funeral home.  For online condolences, please visit www.chaputbuoy.com .

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Life.Church at 338 N 127th St E in Wichita on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at 3:00 pm. Flowers and memorials can be sent to the family in care of the church.
