Allen Jay Spencer's Obituary
Allen J. Spencer, 51 years of age, of Portland, Oregon passed away unexpectedly Thursday, March 17, 2011 at Ottawa County Hospital in Minneapolis, Kansas. He was born on February 15, 1960 in Lakewood, California to David and Roberta (Heyl) Spencer. Allen was a Locksmith in Portland.
Allen is survived by his parents, David and Roberta Spencer of Delphos, Kansas; and a sister, Julia Spencer of Vacaville, California.
Graveside services were held at 3:00 PM Thursday, March 17, 2011 in the Delphos Cemetery with Pastor Michelle McHenry officiating.
