Angela "Angie" S. Hake, age 57, Concordia died Wed., Oct. 1, 2014 at her home in Concordia surrounded by her family. She was born on June 17, 1957 in Concordia, Kansas to Henry and Marial (Fielder) Hake.

Angie grew up and lived in Concordia all her life. She loved to dance & sing along to music. She enjoyed doing her 'homework' & 'writing' letters. She worked at OCCK & helped at The Donut Shop in Concordia. A few of her favorite things were rings, necklaces, her calculator and numerous other precious items to her. Angie was full of joy, energy & love for all of those around her.

Angela is survived by her caregivers, Rod, Cindy, Rodney & Bradley Hake, Concordia; sister, Dana Ketterman, Concordia; brother, Richard Hake, Aurora, CO & host of family & friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sharon Drury; brother, Fred L. Hake & nephew, Fred D. Hake.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 AM, Sat., Oct. 4, 2014, at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia with Rev. David Strommen officiating. Interment will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia. Visitation will be held from 12-9 pm with family greeting from 6-8 pm, Fri., Oct. 3, 2014 at the funeral home. Memorials may be left to the NCK Downs Syndrome Society in care of the funeral home.
