Archie Junior Boll was born in Ames, KS to Archie L. & Emma (Acton) Boll. He passed from this life on Saturday, July 4, 2009 at Sunset Nursing Home in Concordia, KS at the age of 90. Archie graduated from Concordia High School in 1938. He worked at Boll's Dairy in Concordia and in the milk business elsewhere for many years. He was married to Evelyn Crump who preceded him in death in 1993. He was a member of Concordia Wesleyan Church. He is survived by his sons, Larry Boll, Wichita, KS & Bruce Boll & wife Sherry, St. Louis, MO; daughter: Eunice Gary & husband Chuck, Salina, KS; 6 grandchildren & 13 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn; parents; brothers, Leroy, Loren & Wesley "Pete" Boll; sister, Marieta Gutouski & granddaughter, Angel Boll . Graveside services will be held at 10 AM, Wed., July 8, 2009 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia with Pastor Bob Burns officiating. Visitation will be held from 9 AM to 8 PM with the family greeting friends from 7-8 PM, Tues., July 7, 2009 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home. The family suggests memorials to the Concordia Wesleyan Church or Sunset Nursing Home in care of the funeral home.
