Obituary

Arlene J. Wheelbarger 77, of San Jacinto, Ca passed away suddenly on Friday, Nov 20, 2009. Born July 5, 1932 on the family farm in Jamestown, KS, she was the only survivor of triplet girls, father Anders A Peterson and mother Sophia E Peterson. After graduating High School in Jamestown, she learned electronics working until retirement for Beckman Instruments as a technician at the national repair center in Porterville, CA. Arlene dearly loved to travel and see everything there was to see. She had visited all but a few of these United States and was always ready for another road trip. We will all miss the inner strength she gave us all. Until we meet again on another journey. We Love You. She is survived by her daughter Patty Loy of San Jacinto, CA, son Wayne, daughter-in-law Kim Wheelbarger of Alexander, AR, daughter Pam, son-in-law John Pembleton of Perris, CA. Grandchildren include Hilary Macias of Smithville, MO. Ktrina, husband Don Patton of Bismarck, AR Gary, wife Becki Pembleton of Jacksonville, FL, Lisa Pembleton of Riverside, CA, Gene, wife Jennifer Wheelbarger of Crowley, TX, Jennifer, husband Michael Dodge of Chesapeake, VA, and Joseph Moreno of NY, step-daughter Trista, son-in-law Johnathan Page of Haskell, AR, Step-son Brandon, wife Crystal Marvel of Mayflower, AR, step-son AJ, wife Nikki Marvel of Benton, AR. Great-grandchildren Alexis, Isaiah, Destiny, Drake, Rachelle,Ethan,Myka,Hayden,Jaylen, Dakota, Samantha, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, 2 triplet sisters, 2 brothers, Raymond and Kenneth Peterson and granddaughter MaryAnn Wheelbarger.

Memorial services will be held at 11 AM, Sat., Nov. 28, 2009 at Blachly & Buoy Funeral Home, Jamestown, KS with Rev. Dean R. Frazier officiating.  Friends may sign the register book from 9 AM until service time at the funeral home.  The family choose cremation.  Burial of the cremains will follow the services at the Saron Baptist Cemetery, Jamestown.
