Obituary
Ava Danielle Cheely, entered into rest on June 4, 2016 at Children's Mercy Hospital, Kansas City, Missouri. She was born April 15, 2016 in Salina, Kansas to Jeremy and Lacie (Stuewe) Cheely.
She is survived by her parents, Jeremy and Lacie Cheely, Washington; 2 brothers, Christian and Connor Cheely and 2 sisters, Daryan and Keira Cheely; Paternal great grandmother, Wilma Savage, Iowa; Maternal grandmother, Lynette Stuewe, Washington; grandfather, Shaun Stuewe, Alma; Great grandfather, Daniel Fraser, Concordia; Great grandparents, Laura and Jr. Stuewe, Alma; Great Grandparents, Doyle and Linda Scott, Miltonvale; several Aunts and Uncles.
Ava was preceded in death by her great grandmother's, Barbara Fraser and Cheryl Scott and a Great Aunt, Sherri Fahey.
Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., Thursday, June 9, 2016 with family receiving friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. all at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m., Friday, June 10, 2016 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia, Kansas, with Fr. Brian Lager officiating.
Burial will follow in the Pleasant View Cemetery, Ames, Kansas.
Memorial Contributions may be given to Ava Danielle Cheely memorial fund c/o Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home.
