Berneice A. Tremblay, age 95, formerly of Clyde, KS, died, Fri., Nov. 22, 2013 at Plaza West Regional Health Center, Topeka, KS. She was born on Aug. 21, 1918 near Aurora, KS to Edward J. & Nellie (Marcotte) Breault.

She married Emery Tremblay on Feb. 10, 1941 at Aurora, KS. He preceded her on May 24, 1990. Berneice was a homemaker and lived on the farm with her husband in the St. Joseph community for 49 years. She moved to Okeechobee, FL. in 2002 from Clyde & then to Topeka in 2011 . She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church and St. John the Baptist Catholic Church.

She is survived by her sons, Harold Tremblay & wife Bonnie, Okeechobee, FL, Garry Tremblay & wife LaRae, Topeka & Lonnie Tremblay & wife Janet, Clyde; daughter, Janet Lynch & hus. Richard, York, NE; 8 grandchildren; & 27 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Emery; her parents; brothers, Meldon, Alphonse, Hubert & Urban Breault & sisters, Marcelline Hamel & Madeline Comeau.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 am, Mon., Nov. 25, 2013 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Clyde with Rev. Brian Lager officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Clyde. A rosary will be at 9:30 am, Mon. at the church. Visitation will be from 1-6 pm, Sun. at Chaput Mortuary, Clyde. The family suggests memorials to the Berneice Tremblay Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
