Beulah Marie (Demanett) Nobert, 93, passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2026. She was born August 25, 1932, to Charles and Rosa (Bliss) Demanett, the youngest of 16 children.

She was a lifelong resident of the Concordia, Kansas area, growing up on the family farm in Aurora, Kansas. Her parents farmed until they were in their 60s before relocating to Concordia.

Beulah married Bernard J. Nobert in the St. Peter Catholic Church in Aurora, Kansas on December 27, 1950, and had three sons, Lorraine, Richard, and Kenneth.

Beulah worked as a Ward Secretary at St. Joseph Hospital for thirty-eight years, retiring in 1999. She achieved success in her career but also worked hard to provide for her family. After her workday, she had dinner ready at 5 p.m. sharp for Bernard and the boys to enjoy.

In their free time, Bernard and Beulah enjoyed square dancing; and in later years Beulah enjoyed her lunch hour at the Concordia Community Center where she made many close friends whom she cherished.

Beulah and Bernard were active in the Concordia Moose Lodge, each holding numerous offices over many years.

Beulah was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and Our Lady of Perpetual Help (OLPH) Altar Society.

She is survived by sons Lorraine J. Nobert (wife Nancy), Kenneth G. Nobert (wife Gayla), six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Bernard J. Nobert, parents Charles and Rosa Demanett, son Richard, brothers Floyd, Wilber, Art, Ralph, Dean, Frank, Edward, and sisters Ruth, Mildred, Opal, Dorthy, Margaret, Della, Alice, and Lucille.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, August 24, 2026 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Concordia, KS with Fr. Joseph Kieffer officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia, KS.

Visitation will be the morning of the service from 9-10:30 am, Monday, August 24, 2026 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Concordia, KS. Family will greet friends during this time.
