Billy E. Lavoie, age 79, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022 at Cloud County Health Center, Concordia.  He was born on May 31, 1943 in Concordia, KS to Merle H. & Betty D. (Hess) Lavoie.

Billy attended schools in Concordia and worked construction.  Billy loved to cook and was a natural conversationalist and enjoyed visiting with people.

He is survived by his sister, Dixie Trost (Bud), Aurora; sister-in-law, Kathy Lavoie; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, family and friends.

He was preceded by his parents & a brother, Ted.

The family selected cremation and a graveside service at Pleasant Hill Cemetery will be 1:30 pm, Wednesday, November 9, 2022 with Pastor Bob Burns officiating.  The family suggests that friends donate to their favorite charity in Billy's honor.  For online condolences, please visit www.chaputbuoy.com.
