Burnedette M. Workman, age 70, died Wed., Sept. 24, 2014 at Mt. Joseph Senior Village, Concordia. She was born on August 24, 1944 to Bennie A. & Eva E. (Ramseyer) Workman.

Burnedette was always willing to volunteer her time to help other people. She was a passionate supporter of her grandchildren and their activities and sports.

She is survived by her daughter, Kim Sicard (Bruce), Concordia; granddaughter, Shala Sicard, Topeka; grandson, Nathan Sicard, Topeka; sisters, Sharon Roy (Rex), Clyde & Darlene Terry, Green River, WY; brothers, Frank Workman (Penny), Evenston, WY, Jr. Workman (Patty), Concordia, Ed Workman, Concordia, Jim Workman (Chris), Concordia & Don Ramseyer (Joann), Clyde & a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents & brothers, Durl & Rex Workman.

Funeral services will be at 10 am, Fri., Sept. 26, 2014 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. The casket will remain closed and friends may sign the register book from 10 am to 5 pm, Thurs., at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home. The family suggests memorial to the Tammy Walker Cancer Center in care of the funeral home.
