She was born on Nov. 16, 1910 in Jamestown, KS to Lee & Hannah Holgerson Pearson. She graduated from Belleville High School and later taught for 11 years in Republic County Schools. She married George M. Jensen on June 25, 1938 at Concordia, KS. He preceded her in death on August 25, 2004. She was a homemaker and a lifetime resident of rural Jamestown, KS. She was a member of the Baptist Church of Concordia and the Cloud County Genealogical Society. She is survived by a son, Robert Jensen & friend Gay Crawford of Topeka, KS. She was preceded in death by her husband, sister-Eva Kuhn and her parents. Services are scheduled for 10:00 AM, Tues., Jan. 30, 2007 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Chapel with Henry Strnad officiating. Burial will be at Saron Baptist Cemetery, Jamestown, KS. Visitation will be from 2-9 PM Sunday and 9 AM to 5 PM Monday at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home. The family will greet friends form 4-6 PM Sunday at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home. Memorials have been designated to Saron Baptist Church & Cloud County Museum.
