In Loving Memory of Crystal Ann Louise Salazar
Crystal Ann Louise Salazar (Perrin), a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away unexpectedly, leaving behind a family who loved her deeply.
Crystal was born on August 17, 1972, and was born in Belleville, Kansas and raised in Concordia, Kansas, where she made a life filled with family, love, and memories.
Crystal was known for her beautiful smile and her kind, loving heart. She had a way of making people feel cared for and loved, and she was truly the glue that held her family together. She was the rock and foundation of her family and helped shape her children into the people they are today.
She dedicated 16 years of her life to Walmart, where she became a familiar and caring face to the people around her.
Crystal loved the color purple and especially loved lilacs. She enjoyed going to bin stores, finding treasures, and sharing them on Facebook. One of her favorite things in life was being a grandma. She cherished every moment spent with her grandchildren and treasured the love and memories they shared.
But more than anything, Crystal loved spending time with her family. Those moments with the people she loved most were what mattered to her.
She leaves behind her four children: Colton; Ariana (Julian); Riley (Josie); Ciara (Keshawn). She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Khalani; Kaz; Kianna; and Cora; and her “grandpups”: Pidge and Luca.
She leaves behind her husband, Lance, with whom she shared 14 years of life, love, and memories.
Crystal was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Workman; her father, James Workman; and her brother, Jimmy Workman.
Her absence will leave an unimaginable hole in the lives of everyone who knew and loved her. But the love she gave, the lessons she taught, and the family she built will continue through her children, grandchildren, and everyone whose life she touched.
She was our smile, our comfort, our rock, and our home. She was the glue that held us together, and although she is no longer here beside us, everything she built within us will live on.
She will be loved and missed forever. ❤️
