David Lee May passed away in Hastings, NE on August 5th, 2025 . He was born on April 25, 1957, in Concordia, KS, to John and Velda (Geisler) May.

David graduated from Concordia High School and later began a life journey that ultimately led him to find his Lord Jesus Christ.

David is survived by his daughter, Alicia Denaeyer of Kempner, TX; his sisters Kathy Kindel of Aurora, KS, and Angie Rader (James) of Nolonville, TX; his brothers Jerry May (LaVonne) of Concordia, KS, Jeff May (Chris) of Salina, KS, and John May (Karen) of Concordia, KS; as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Carol Kindel, his nephews Donny and Josh Kindel, and his brother-in-law Gene Kindel.

David wished to donate his body to science. The family will have a cremation burial at a later date in St. Concordia Cemetery.
