Dorothy D. Gonzales was born on Jan. 28, 1927 in Emporia, KS to Harold J., Sr. & Charline C. (Cross) George.  She died on Wed., June 6, 2012 at her residence in Clyde, KS at the age of 85.  She was a homemaker.  Dorothy was loved by many and her memory will always be with us.  She is survived by her brother, Jim George (Sharon), Clyde; sister in law, Shirley George & many nieces & nephews, a son, Harold Mildrexler, Clyde; daughters, Charline & Sammy; grandchildren, Charline, Michael Lynn, Sam, Chaz, Marty & Matthew; great grandchildren, Nikki, Sarah, Natalie, Mia, Bradley, Miles, Layla & Bryson.  There were many loved ones who adopted our mother as their own.  She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Edward George & sister, Charline George.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 AM, Mon, June 11, 2012 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Clyde with Rev. Larry Letourneau officiating.  Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Clyde.  Visitation will be from 1-8 PM Sun. with a Rosary at 6:30 PM at Chaput Mortuary.  The family suggests memorials to Meadowlark Hospice.
