Obituary

Dorothy (Cote) Tremblay, age 91, Concordia, KS, left this earthly life on Tues., Feb. 20, 2018 at Cloud County Health Center, Concordia. She was born March 23, 1926 in Aurora, KS to Phillip J. & Blanche A. (LeMoine) Cote.

Dorothy attended Aurora grade schools. She married Gerald Tremblay on May 16, 1944 in Aurora, KS. He preceded her in death on Aug. 23, 2000. Dorothy was a nurse's aide at St. Joseph Hospital, Nazareth Motherhouse, and St. Mary's. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and the Altar Society both of Concordia.

Dorothy is survived by her daughters; Joyce Trembly (Bob), Salina & Anita Wisdom (Eldon), Concordia; son, Alvin Tremblay (Rose), Concordia; sister, Lorette Rogers, Concordia; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald; son, Ronnie Tremblay; brothers, Alcid (Jack), Normand, Armand, Andrew, Elden & Abner Cote; sisters, Annette Ashland, Lorene Tremblay, Geneva Hess, Juliet Hubert & Marceline McCourt.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 am, Mon., Feb. 26, 2018 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Concordia with Fr. David Metz officiating. Burial will follow at St. Concordia Cemetery, Concordia.

Visitation will be Sun, Feb. 25, 2018 from 1-8 pm with a Rosary service at 6 pm with family greeting after the rosary all at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia.
