Obituary

Dustin Thomas Honzell, age 36, entered into rest on Friday, July 6, 2018 in Glasco, Kansas. He was born July 1, 1982 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Glenn and Christine (Murray) Honzell.

Dustin was a 2000 graduate of Fountain Fort Carson High School. He obtained a Heating and Air Degree. He was a journeyman plumber for Interstate Mechanical in Colorado Springs, Colorado where he worked for 4 years.

He enjoyed working on cars, anything electrical, collecting coins, baseball cards, he was a hands on guy. Most of all Dustin enjoyed making everyone around him happy.

Survivors include his parents, Paul and Christine Pliszka, Concordia, KS.; daughter, Seven Honzell, Colorado Springs, CO.; 2 brothers, Zachariah Honzell, Colorado Springs, CO. & Jonathon Tyler Capaccio, Concordia, KS.; 2 sisters, Chelsea Honzell, LA. & Raven Pliszka, Concordia, KS.; grandmother, Carole Livengood, Loveland, CO.; grandfather, John T. Murray, Mankato, KS & aunt, Cynthia Fuchs, Concordia, KS.

He was preceded in death by his father, Glenn Honzell, Jr., grandparents, Glenn and Eva Honzell, Sr. & aunt, Maria Honzell.

There will be no visitation.

Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held 10:30 a.m., Thursday, July 12, 2018 at the First Christian Church, Concordia, Kansas with Pastor Doug Dayton officiating.

Memorial Contributions may be given to National Alliance on Mental Illness c/o Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home.
