Eda E. Charbonneau was born April 19, 1907 to Peter and Nelda Arpin LaBarge at St. Joseph, KS.  She died on April 8, 2007 at Salina Regional Health Center in Salina, KS.  She was 99 years old.  She attended Dist. 37 schools in Cloud County.  She married Albert J. Charbonneau at St. Joseph, KS on February 23, 1925.  He preceded her in death on November 25, 1997.  She was a homemaker.  She and her husband were lifelong residents of Cloud County and farmed for 38 years before retiring and moving to Clyde, KS where Eda still had a garden in 2006 until she moved to Park Villa Nursing Home.  Eda was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in St. Joseph, KS and a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Clyde, KS.  Eda enjoyed quilting and crocheted many rugs.  Eda is survived by her sons; Eddie Charbonneau and wife Leona of Clifton, KS, Armand Charbonneau and wife Rosanna of Marysville, KS, Ernest Charbonneau and wife Evelyn of Concordia, KS; a daughter; Rosella Hubert and Hus. Raymond of Concordia, KS; a sister in law; Eva Alexander and Hus. Isadore of Concordia, KS; 21 grandchildren; 56 great grandchildren; 15 great great grandchildren and numerous nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.  Eva is preceded in death by her husband, Albert, an infant daughter Ella May, 7 brothers, 5 sisters and 3 grandchildren.  Mass of Christian Burial is scheduled for 10:00 AM, Friday, April 13, 2007 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Clyde.  Visitation will be held from 11 AM to 5 PM, Thursday, April 12, 2007 at Chaput Mortuary and after 6 PM at the church.  Burial will be in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, St. Joseph, KS.  The family requests memorials to the St. Joseph Cemetery Fund or Donor's Choice.
