Edna Frances Yoder, was born October 23, 1917,she was the daughter of Andrew J. and Ruby (Langham) Holgerson, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2007, at Cheyenne Lodge Nursing Home at the age of 89.  She married James Mitchell Yoder on October 22, 1934 in Concordia, KS.  He preceded her in death on April 15, 1974.  She was a toll taker for the Kansas Turnpike Authority.  She was a homemaker and a mother of six.  She is survived by her children: Sons- Freddy J. Yoder and wife Janice, of Wellington, KS; Edmond Yoder and wife Minnie, of Cedar City, UT; and Gerald Yoder of Wellington, KS; her daughter: Peggy A. Plante and husband Joseph, of Roswell, NM; a sister: Evelyn Maxine Fittro of Springfield, MO; 15 Grandchildren; 24 Great Grandchildren; 3 Great Great Grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband- James Mitchell; 2 sons- Larry and Robert, parents, sister- Ruth Bishop, 3 brothers- Myron, Lloyd, and Harold Holgerson, and 2 sisters-in-law.  Graveside services will be at 3:00PM Friday at Jamestown Cemetery, Jamestown, Kansas with the Rev. John States officiating.  Visitation will be Thursday from 9am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 12pm.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Cheyenne Lodge Nursing Home or Solomon Valley Hospice.
