Eleanor Pauline Petry was born January 1, 1924 in Aurora, KS to Paul and Lola Mason Collins.  She died April 16, 2007 at Mount Joseph Senior Community, Concordia, KS at the age of 83.  She attended Concordia High School.  She married Francis Petry in 1946.  He preceded her in death on August 13, 1986.  She was a home maker.  She is survived by two daughters: Joyce Friesen of Salina, KS; and Penny Petry; 5 sons: Raymond Petry of Concordia, KS; Clifford Petry of Concordia, KS; Leroy Bulleigh of New Port News, VA; Lee Petry of Washington State; Joe Petry of Norton, KS; and three sisters: Darlene Thomas of Belleville, KS; Caldonia Motes of Logan, KS; and Jean Fees of Concordia, KS; numerous nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband, 1 sister, 4 brothers, and her parents.  Visitation will be from 9am to 9pm Wednesday, April 18, 2007.  Graveside services will be at 10:30AM Thursday, April 19, 2007 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia, KS with the Rev. Dean R. Frazier officiating.  Memorials may be given to Eleanor Petry Memorial Fund.
