Erma F. Barton was born on Nov. 30, 1917 in Rural Clyde, KS to Arthur & Goldie (Miller) Resco. She died on Tues, Jan. 31, 2012 at Sunset Nursing Home, Concordia , KS at the age of 94. She is survived by her son, Ron Barton & wife Jeri, Ravenal, SC; daughters, Ramona Stanley, Belleville, KS & Ilene Kralovetz & husband John, Mission, TX; sister, Ruth Landry, Goddard, KS; 2 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren & 1 great great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband Reeze, son, Lowell Dwayne Barton, parents, sisters, Reba Price, Mae Resco & Laura Beth Resco & brother, Clair Resco. Graveside services will be held at 10 AM, Sat., Feb. 4, 2012 at Mt. Hope Cemetery , Clyde , KS with Rev. L. Dean Thompson officiating. Visitation will be from 9 AM to 9 PM Friday at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home. The family suggests memorials to Sunset Nursing Home.
