Erma Marie Holmes-Reynolds, 95, of Casa Grande passed away peacefully with her loving husband, Hance Carey by her side on January 10, 2018.  Erma was born on June 4, 1922 to Lorn Issac and Goldie W. Empson in Concordia, Kansas.

Erma was an energetic woman who always enjoyed being busy.  She had an impeccable fashion sense, and always dressed in a stylish manner and took pride in her appearance.  She was not afraid to try new adventures and things, some of her favorite trips later in life included traveling with her husband to Niagara Falls, New York City, and Nashville, always taking joy in exploring new places.  She enjoyed going out to lunch at the local Senior Center.

She is preceded in death by four husbands and her parents.

Erma is survived by her husband, Hance Carey, three children Cherrolyne Judith Wooldridge, Terrance Richard Channing, Barton Charles Holmes and multiple grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. with a Gathering beginning at 3:00 p.m. at Heritage Casa Grande Funeral Home, interment will take place at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Concordia, Kansas on January 23, 2018 at 11:00 a.m.  Friends may sign the register book from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday, Jan. 22, 2018 and family will greet friends from 9:30 am to 10:30 am, Tues., January 23, 2018 all at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia.
