Fern G. Tremblay, 86 years of age, passed away on Friday, June 27th at Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka, KS. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Sylveo, who passed in Aug. of 1996. She is survived by her son Richard Tremblay and wife Margie, Topeka; daughter, Carolyn Lee, Hope, AR; grandchildren, Randy Weaver, Concordia, KS, Terri Patterson and Husband Shane, Clinton, MO and MSGT Steven Tremblay and wife Stacy, Topeka, KS; great grandchildren, MyKenna and Derrick Tremblay, Topeka, KS and Randi Sue and Zach Patterson, Clinton, MO; sisters, Edna Mae Michaud , Clyde, KS, Grace Morris, Farmington, NM and Mabel Bouley, Topeka, KS. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 AM, Wed., July 2, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Concordia with Rev. Barry Brinkman officiating. Visitation will be held from 9 AM to 9 PM, Tues, July 1 with a Vigil service at 6:30 PM Tues. at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home. The family suggests memorials to the donor's choice.
