Obituary
Frances A. Bisnette, age 88 of
Concordia, died Thurs., Oct. 31, 2013 at Mt. Joseph Senior Village,
Concordia.
She was born on Dec. 23, 1924
in Northumberland, PA to Elmer & Willimina (Barnhart)Stahl.
Frances grew up in
Pennsylvania.
She married Leon I.
Bisnette on Aug. 31, 1946 in Sunbury, PA and they moved to Kansas.
He preceded her in death on Nov. 14,
1993.
Frances was a homemaker, Avon
sales representative & avid volunteer at Moose Lodge #1428.
She also worked as a nurse's aide at St.
Joseph Hospital.
Frances was a member of
Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, a lifetime member with Women of the
Moose Lodge #1428 & a member of the American Legion Post #76 & VFW Post
#588 Ladies auxiliaries.
She is survived by her son,
John Bisnette & wife Tonja, Downs; brothers, Sam, George, Timothy &
Eddie Stahl; 15 grandchildren & several great & great great
grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am , Tues., Nov. 5, 2013 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with Rev. Brian Lager officiating. Burial will follow the services at St. Concordia Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 am to 9 pm with a Vigil service at 6 pm on Mon., Nov. 4, 2013 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home. The family suggests memorials to the Frances Bisnette Memorial to be designated later in care of the funeral home.
