Frank Huber was born in Ames, KS to Vachel & Laura (Wiser) Huber. He passed from this life on Tues., Oct. 13, 2009 at Mt. Joseph Senior Community, Concordia at the age of 74. Frank was an avid hunter and sportsman. He was avid about blue rock in his early years. Frank spent most of his life farming around the Concordia and Cloud Co. area. He is survived by his daughter from his first marriage, Sherry Nelson & husband Brad, Jamestown, KS & Brenda Wisbey & husband John, Glasco, KS; sisters: Arvilla Hanson & husband Ted, Littleton, CO & Marilyn (Giroux) Appleby, Salina, KS; brothers: Walt Huber & wife Barbara, Concordia, KS & Bob Huber & wife Pam, Concordia, KS; his son from his second marriage, Paul Huber, Hutchinson, KS; his daughters from his second marriage, Robin Dutton & husband Doug, Lindsborg, KS & Dani Nelson, Aurora, KS & several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sons from his first marriage, Dana Dean & Franklin Huber; parents; sister, Vera (Purcell) Lewis & brother, Jimmie Huber. It was Frank's wishes to be cremated and there will be no visitation. The family will hold a Private Family Celebration of Life Service at a later date and Frank will be buried at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia. The family suggests memorials to the Frank Huber Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home.
