Gerald L. Danielson, 74 years of age, of Concordia, passed away Monday, April 30, 2012 at Sunset Nursing Home in Concordia. He was born in North Platte , Nebraska on July 6, 1937 to Wallace and Ruth (Gummerson) Danielson. He was an owner/operator of a bowling center in Concordia for many years.

Gerald is survived by his wife, Helen; daughter, Cynthia Danielson of York , Nebraska ; 3 step-sons, Scott Davenport of Haysville, Brett Davenport of Concordia, A. Michael Davenport of Danville , Kentucky ; 3 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Shirley Potasz of California , Charlene Danielson of Los Angeles , California .

Gerald's wish was to have his body donated to science. Private family memorial services will be held at a later date.
