Grace Henderson, 95, died Friday, Dec. 26, 2008. She was born Oct. 2, 1913, in Miltonvale, the daughter of Perry and Ethel Elliott.
She was preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Henderson, in 1982. Survivors include her sister, Thelma Heaverlo, of Estacada, Ore.; and special friends, Mike and Mary Davis, of Huntersville, N.C., and Mike and Mary Yungeberg, of Chapel Hill, N.C. Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. today at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, 325 W. Sixth St., Concordia 66901. Graveside services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 29, at Oakland Union Cemetery, rural Miltonvale. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice, in care of the funeral home.
