Jack D. Burns, age 66, died Wed., Nov. 18, 2015 at Cloud County Health Center, Concordia, KS. He was born on July 8, 1949 in Concordia, KS to Hiram J. "Jack" & Clara L. (Seals) Burns.

Jack graduated from Concordia High School. He served in the US Army. He worked for the City of Concordia for his Dad in the street department.

He is survived by his sisters, Juanita Demars & Gloria Canfield (Dave), Concordia; sister in law, Paula Burns, Windsor, MO & several nieces & nephews.

He was preceded in death by parents; sisters, Colleen Livengood & Oleato Perret; brother, Joe & brothers in law, Melvin Demars, Raymond Lambert, Roy Livengood & Pete Perret.

The family selected cremation and will hold a Memorial graveside on 11:00 am, Mon, Nov. 23, 2015 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery with Rev. Dean Frazier officiating. Friends may sign the register book from 1-8 pm on Sun., Nov. 22, 2015 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home.
