Janet Lee Ransopher Graber

July 10th 1945- February 12th 2023.

Janet passed away early morning of February 12th, 2023 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Her parents were Bill and Virginia Ransopher of Clyde, Kansas.

Janet graduated from  Clyde Kansas High School in 1962 and she  attended Kansas State University. She married Ron Graber of Pretty Prairie, Kansas and raised their family primarily in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Janet was very active in the Methodist church, particularly at Church Of The Servant in Oklahoma City. She was an active choir member in the church for over twenty years. This church choir was so polished that they were asked to perform on a European church tour in which Janet elatedly participated. Janet was also very active in volunteer work. She edited and produced the church newsletter for many years as well as a volunteer for the non profit group RAIN, providing services for people diagnosed with the HIV virus.

Janet  was employed as a receptionist for various law firms in Oklahoma City. She also held employment as a jewelers assistant. Her last employment was with the renowned BC Clark's Jewelers  of Oklahoma City. Janet was a fabulous  cook and dinner party hostess who  immensely enjoyed movies, popular music and all things, "Bling".  To all of her family and friends  she showed an enthusiastic  interest in  their lives, coupled with a  warm, benevolent eccentricity.
