Janice L. Watson was born on Feb. 21, 1952 in Ventura, California to Edward & Ilene (Mitchell) Miller. She passed from this life on Sunday, November 15, 2009 at Cloud County Health Center, Concordia, KS at the age of 57. Janice grew up in California. She married George Watson on May 3, 1986 in Las Vegas, NV. They moved to Concordia in May 1995. Janice was a CNA/Restorative Aid at Mt. Joseph Senior Community and Cloud County Health Center. Janice loved working at Mt. Joseph and with the elderly. She also was an avid gardener. She is survived by her husband: George Watson, Concordia, KS; daughter: Tracy Ova, Wichita, KS; sister: Marilyn Fisher, Las Vegas, NV & 3 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. Memorial services will be held at 11 AM on Friday, Nov. 20, 2009 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia with Pastor Bob Burns officiating. Friends may sign the register book from 8 AM to 5 PM, Thurs., Nov. 19, 2009 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home. The family suggests memorials to the Cloud County Health Center Building Fund in care of the funeral home.
