Jeff L. Tatro, age 49, died on Mon., Dec. 3, 2012 at his residence in Concordia , KS . He was born on Sept. 8, 1963 in Mason City , Iowa to Leonard I. & Dorothy M. (Barker) Tatro. Jeff graduated from Concordia High School . He was a welder at Alstom and later an operator at the Nesika Energy Ethanol Plant in Scandia . Jeff was a licensed auctioneer in Mason City , Iowa . He attended Concordia Wesleyan Church . Jeff is survived by his brothers, Jack (Gerda), Jamestown & Jim, Ft. Collins, CO; sister, Jolene Springer (Harold), Hampton , Iowa and several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Joyce Tatro & brother, John. The family selected cremation and Memorial services will be at 11:00 am, Fri., Dec. 7 at Concordia Wesleyan Church with Pastor Bob Burns officiating. Private burial will be at a later date at Pleasant Hill Cemetery , Concordia. There will be no visitation. The family suggests memorials to the Jeff Tatro Memorial in care of the funeral home.
