Joan F. (Thomas) McGeoch, 64 years of age, of Concordia, passed away Monday, March 24, 2014 at Salina Regional Health Center in Salina. She was born on December 29, 1949 in Concordia to Archie and Irma "Darlene" (Collins) Thomas.

Joan is survived by 2 daughters, Mary Thomas, Kearn McGeoch; granddaughter, Alice McGeoch, all of Concordia; mother, Darlene Thomas of Belleville; 2 sisters, Willeta Persinger and husband Gene of Hutchinson, Viola Thomas; 2 brothers, Howard Thomas and wife Carmen, Cotton Thomas and wife Sandy, all of Belleville; and several aunts, uncles, nieces , and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father; and a brother, Paul Thomas.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, March 28, 2014 in the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Nielsen officiating. Interment will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Concordia. Visitation will be held from 9 AM to 5 PM Thursday, March 27, 2014 in the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home in Concordia. Memorials are suggested to the family's choice in care of the funeral home. Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home in Concordia is in charge of arrangements.
