Jon Kevin Bramwell, of Manhattan, Kansas passed away at Ascension Via Christi Village in Manhattan, Kansas on Thursday, September 14th 2023, at the age of 62.  He was born on February 15, 1961, in Concordia, Kansas to Raymond and Lorraine (Yeager) Bramwell.

Jon was a 1979 graduate of Concordia High School and attended Cloud County Community College. In his younger days, Jon was an avid golfer and well known on the Concordia Country Club Golf Course for his love of the game and golfing ability.

On October 8, 1994, he married Jean Hoffman of Westmoreland, Kansas, and they were married for twenty-five years. Together they had one child, Raeann Bramwell. Throughout his life, Jon was a generous and kind man. He spent much of his time working to provide for his family. This was seen during his 30 year long career with the US Postal Service.

Jon is survived by his daughter, Raeann Mayer (Ben), and their son Owen (8 weeks, born the same day as Raymond Bramwell), of Manhattan, Kansas; his mother, Lorraine Bramwell of Sunset Home, Concordia, Kansas; one brother, Dana Bramwell (Rosa), of Dodge City, Kansas; and two sisters, Rebecca Bramwell, of Rockland, Maine, and Jody Isaacs (James), of Lincoln, Nebraska. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Bramwell (May 14, 2020), and his father, Raymond Bramwell.

Services for Jon Kevin Bramwell will be held at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home on Friday, September 22, at 11:00 a.m., with Pastor Barry Park officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia. Jon's wishes were for cremation. Friends may sign the register book from 9 am to 5 pm, Thursday, September 21, 2023 at the funeral home.
