Obituary

Jose Angel Nava Vazquez, 53, of Concordia, Kansas passed away surrounded by his family on Friday, May 29, 2026. He was born in Guadalajara, Mexico on April 14, 1973, to Manuel Nava and Delfina Vazquez.

He married Gabriela Dominguez on June 8, 1996, in Sain Alto, Zac, Mexico. This union brought three children: Jose, Fatima, and Hugo.

They lived in Colorado and New Mexico before settling in Concordia in 2001. Jose worked for the Berk, Inc. hog farm, for Kent Condray’s hog farm, and most recently, Concordia Technologies. He was a handyman with a lot of talents and did side jobs in electric, painting, and roofing.
