Judy M. (Forshee) Moulton, 64 years of age, of Concordia, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at Cloud County Health Center in Concordia. She was born on September 7, 1949 in Concordia to James W. and Betty Marie (Fyfe) Forshee. Judy graduated from Miltonvale High School in 1967. She married Robert "Bob" Moulton in Las Vegas on August 31, 1981. Judy worked in a casino in Las Vegas for 20 years before moving back to Concordia in 1994 to help care for her mother. She was a loving mother and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Judy is survived by her husband, Robert "Bob" Moulton; son, Cody Moulton and wife Wendy of Abilene; step-daughter, Kim Fowler of Lee Summit, Missouri; step-son, Dr. Tony Moulton and wife Pam of Stillwell; 4 grandchildren, Ramsey and Justin Fowler, Jake and Samantha Moulton; father, Jim Forshee of Concordia; mother in law, Mae Moulton of Dallas, Texas; 3 brothers, James C. Forshee and wife Peggy of Glasco, Tom Forshee and wife Cathy of Aurora, John Forshee and wife Debra of Clay Center; 2 sisters, Annette Starr and husband Larry of Concordia, Mary Jo Champlin and husband Greg of Garden City; sister-in-law, Cherie Meagher of Dallas, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Forshee; and father-in-law, Lyman B. Moulton.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Concordia with Rev. Brian Lager officiating. Interment will be in the St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, Meredith Township. Visitation will be held from noon – 9 PM Monday, November 11, 2013 with an Altar Society Rosary at 5 PM and a Vigil Service at 6 PM in the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home in Concordia. Memorials are suggested to the family's choice in care of the funeral home. Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home in Concordia is in charge of arrangements.
