Judy Utt was born on October 22 , 1940 in Randall , KS to Howard & Evelyn (Harrison) Elniff. She passed from this life on Monday, March 29, 2010 at Salina Regional Health Center , Salina, KS at the age of 69. Judy graduated from Jewell High School in 1958 and Wichita Business College in 1960. She lived in Valley Center and worked for Boeing before moving to Concordia. Judy was employed by the City of Concordia , the Chamber of Commerce and Concordia Travel. She later co-founded the travel agency, Thunderbird Travel. She planned and escorted numerous motorcoach trips throughout her career. Judy was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Concordia and served on The Brown Grand Theatre Board , was active in a many civic affairs, and a member of the Coterie bridge club. She was an avid gardener and enthusiastic cook. She is survived by one brother: Terry Elniff & wife Polly, Asheville, NC and three daughters: Cynthia Bourg & her partner Don Steele , Sebastian, FL, Angie Danner, Manhattan, KS & Mia Budreau & husband Russ, Salina, KS; Five grandchildren: Katie Claire Bourg, Sebastian, FL & Austin, Alex , Andrew & Adam Budreau, Salina, KS. She was preceded in death by her parents. Memorial services will be held at 1:30 PM, Friday, April 2, 2010 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home with Rev. Sandra K. Moore officiating. The body was cremated and friends may sign the register book from 9 AM to 5 PM, Thurs., April 1, 2010 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home. The family suggests memorials to the Brown Grand Theatre in care of the funeral home.
