Obituary
Kay A. Zach, age 55, Agenda resident, went to be with her heavenly father, on June 29, 2015 at the Salina Regional Medical Center. She was born on June 1, 1960 to Billy Ray and Glennis Kay (Sterrett) Simons.
She was a 1978 graduate of Clyde High School. Kay worked for Park Villa Nursing in Clyde in food service. She also worked for Casey's General Store in the food service department in Concordia.
Survivors: husband, Paul Zach, Agenda; 2 daughters, Erin Peck, Wynne, Ark.; Autumn Zach, Muscotah; 3 sons, Chris Zach (Trisha), Overland Park; Casey Zach, Agenda; Carl Zach, Olathe; Mother, Glennis Fosdick (Darrell), Clyde; 3 brothers, David Simons (Heidi), Topeka; William Simons, Topeka, KS.; Mike Simons (Julie), Clifton; 1 sister, Sabrina May, Agenda.
2 grandchildren, Aldyn and Lilly.
She was preceded in death by her father Billy and grandparents.
Cremation has taken and a graveside memorial service will be held on Friday, 10:00 a.m., July 3, 2015 at the Agenda Cemetery, with Millard Trecek officiating.
Memorial Contributions may be given to Kay A. Zach memorial fund in care of Chaput Mortuary, Clyde.
