Mr. Keith St. Pierre was born on February 14 ^th , 1929 in Concordia/Clyde, Kansas , and died April 21 ^st , 2009 in Peachtree City , Georgia , at the age of 80. His parents were the late Wallace and Myrna St. Pierre and brothers, Warren, Elmo, and Harold St. Pierre. His younger brother, Robert St. Pierre, currently resides in Ames , Kansas .

Keith is survived by his wife, Mrs. Helen St. Pierre who resides at Newnan Hospital Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Newnan , Georgia . Additionally, he is survived by his two daughters and their families. They include Mr. and Mrs. Greg Tarbutton (Anne) and grandchildren Michelle and Jeremy from Newnan , Georgia and Mr. and Mrs. Darryl One (Debbie) and grandchildren Rebekah and Rachel from Modesto , California .

Keith attended Kansas State University and the University of Illinois where he studied agribusiness and soil conservation. Additionally, while in Kansas , he served in the Air Force's Commissary Division. Following his education, he worked at the First National Bank of Chicago as an officer for over thirty years. While at the bank, he first lived in Park Forest , Illinois and later in St. Charles , Illinois . At retirement he moved to Kerrville , Texas and then relocated to Peachtree City , Georgia to be closer to family members.

While living in Peachtree City , Georgia he was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Sharpsburg , Georgia and served as Head Elder for eight years. Also, he lived in the Fairways Community and enjoyed serving on their grounds committee. Recently, he moved to the new Towne Club Community.

Keith is remembered for his devotion, care and love for his wife and family. He enjoyed life and laughter, believed in a strong work ethic, always wanted to learn about new things, had a passion for gardening and lawn care, loved his farm roots, always had a "project," was friendly and could speak to anyone, and lived out his Christian faith by serving others.

His funeral service will be held at Faith Lutheran Church in Sharpsburg , GA at 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27 ^th , 2009. Before the service, a visitation will be held at the church between 4:20 and 5:00 p.m. Following the service, a reception will be held in the fellowship hall. Additionally, a graveside service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 30 ^th , 2009 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery , Concordia , Kansas . Friends may sign the register book from 9 AM until 1:30 PM, Thursday, April 30th, 2009 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia.
