Leo "Chuck" Collins, age 75, passed away on Friday, November 13, 2020 at Mt. Joseph Senior Village, Concordia.  He was born on March 4, 1945 in Concordia, KS to Leslie F. & Margaret (Tatro) Collins.

Chuck graduated from Concordia High School.  He married Sue McDonald on Feb. 13, 1965.  He worked for Boogaarts as a butcher and later farmed and worked as an agricultural sprayer for CVA.

Chuck is survived by his wife, Sue, Concordia; daughter, Kelly Adams (Jason), Concordia; son, Kevin Collins (Erica), Concordia; son in law, Devin Pearson, Concordia; brother, Victor Collins, Concordia; 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Kalyn Pearson & brother, Joseph Collins, Sr.

The family selected cremation and a Celebration of Life service will be at a later time.

The cremains will be interred in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia.  The family suggests memorials to Mt. Joseph Senior Village, Concordia, Kansas in care of the funeral home.  For online condolences visit www.chaputbuoy.com.
