Luella M. Gosselin was born on April 25, 1918 in Cloud County, Kansas to Stancelaus & Anna (Collette) Gosselin. She passed from this life on Thursday, Dec. 17, 2009 at Mount Joseph Senior Community, Concordia at the age of 91. Luella married Albert Gosselin on Jan. 28, 1956 in Concordia, KS. He preceded her in death on Jan. 5, 1977. Luella was a homemaker. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and the Altar Society. She was a former member of the Moose Lodge. She is survived by her sister: Ina Mae Watson, Clay Center, KS & several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert; parents; 1 sister & 4 brothers. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with Rev. Barry Brinkman officiating. Visitation will be from 9 AM to 9 PM with an Altar Society Rosary at 5 PM, Friday, Dec. 18, 2009 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home. Burial will follow the services at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Jamestown, KS. The family suggests memorials to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in care of the funeral home.
