MacKenzee L. Ketterman was born on May 15, 2002 in Lincoln, NE to Jamey J. & Kerry B. Everhart-Ketterman. She passed from this life on Monday, Aug. 15, 2011 at Cloud County Health Center, Concordia, KS at the age of 9. MacKenzee was a student at Concordia Elementary School and just completed the second grade. She loved music, the races and put a smile on all the faces of those she knew and met. She is survived by her parents: Jamey & Kerry Everhart-Ketterman, Concordia, KS; brother: Ian Ketterman, Concordia, KS; grandparents: Anita Everhart, Fairbury, NE, Blaine (Kathy) Everhart, Beatrice, NE, Dana Ketterman, Concordia, KS & Robert Ketterman, Concordia, KS; great grandparents: Billie Everhart, Fairbury, NE, Dale & Margaret Wolf, Valparaiso, NE & Paul & Adeline Cain, Gardenia, CA & numerous aunts, uncles, cousins & friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Logan James Everhart-Ketterman; great grandfathers, LeRoy Everhart & Henry Hake & great grandmother, Mae Hake. Funeral services will be held at 10 AM, Sat., Aug. 20, 2011 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home with Pastor Cory Shipley officiating. Visitation will be from 9 AM to 9 PM with the family greeting friends from 6-8 PM, Friday, Aug. 19, 2011 at the funeral home. Burial will follow the services at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia. The family suggests memorials to the MacKenzee L. Ketterman Memorial Fund to be designated at a later date in care of the funeral home.
