Margie “Marge” (Schugart) Widen, age 84, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at Sunset Home in Concordia, Kansas. She was born on October 01, 1941, to William Fred and Velma (Hlavaty) Schugart.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2026, with a Rosary Service led by Joan Fraser that will be held at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday evening all at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia, Kansas. Family will receive friends after the Rosary Service.

Mass of a Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2026, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, with Fr. Andrew Rockers officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Concordia Cemetery, Concordia, Kansas. There will be a luncheon served back at the Catholic Church following the graveside service.
