Mary L. Eaton, age 62, passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at her home in Concordia, KS.  She was born on June 2, 1959 in Concordia, KS to Walter & Norma (McKellips) Starkey.

Mary grew up in the Clyde and Cloud County area. She married Lloyd Snavely on Nov. 23, 1978 in Arkansas City, KS and he preceded her on Jan. 1, 2011.  She later married Randell Eaton on March 15, 2016 in York, NE.

She worked for Sunset Nursing Home as a cook and later for Park Villa Nursing Home as the laundry and housekeeping supervisor.

She is survived by her husband, Randell, Concordia; step-sons, Christopher Eaton (Kayla), Hebron, NE and Cory Eaton, Concordia; step-daughter, Sara Eaton, Gig Harbor, WA; 4 step grandchildren and a step great grandchild; several brothers and sisters in law; nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

She was preceded by her first husband, Lloyd Snavely; her father, Walter Starkey and mother, Norma Crays; sisters, Pamela Lauritsen and Maggie Graham and brothers, Alvie & Samuel Starkey.

Funeral services will be at 10 am, Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia with Rev. Duane Snavely officiating.  Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Concordia.  Visitation will be from 1-8 pm, Monday, February 14, 2022 at the funeral home.  The family suggests memorials to Park Villa Nursing Home in care of the funeral home.  For online condolences, please visit www.chaputbuoy.com.
