Norine F. Koester, age 85, of Concordia, KS, passed away on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at the Clay County Medical Center, Clay Center, KS. She was born on March 4, 1941 in rural Delphos, KS to Harry E. & Ellen M. (Nichols) Forshee.

It was Norine’s wishes to be cremated and a Memorial service will be Monday, September 28, 2026 at 11:00 am at The Baptist Church, Concordia with Pastor Tim Miller officiating. Family burial of the cremains will be in the Nelson Center Cemetery, Huscher, KS. Friends may sign the register book on Sunday, September 27, 2026 from 4-8 pm with family greeting friends from 6-7 pm at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia.
