Patricia (Patty) L. Grounds, Concordia resident, age 53, entered into rest on January 25, 2015 at the Mt. Joseph Nursing Home, in Concordia.
She was born April 30, 1961 in Wichita, Kansas to Stanley Albert and Rosalie Valletta (Houghton) Grounds.
She is survived by her mother, Rosalie Grounds; a daughter, Alaxis Sparrow both of Concordia; brother, Kenneth Grounds (Sandra), Hillsboro, OR.; sister, Beth Spataro, Chantilly, VA.
She was preceded in death by her father, Stanley A. Grounds.
Cremation has taken place and a private family Inurnment will be held at a later time.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the Patricia L. Grounds Memorial Fund in c/o Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia.
