He started work for Boettcher Enterprises in 1999, working through several mergers before transitioning to a commissioned salesman with Nutrien. This allowed him to focus more on his family and cattle herd.
Pat married Stacy Gering on September 16, 2000. To this union they were blessed with Cody, Jori, and Beau. Pat had a deep love of hunting, and his greatest joy was guiding his children on their hunts. He loved the outdoors.
Pat was a member of the St. Peter’s Parish in Aurora, a member of the Knights of Columbus, and committee member of the Concordia Ducks Unlimited.
He never met a stranger, and his family lovingly called him their social butterfly.
Pat leaves behind his wife, Stacy; sons, Cody and Beau; daughter, Jori; parents, Henry and Denise Letourneau and Bob and Diana Gering; brother, Ben (Wendi) Letourneau of Beloit, KS; sister Katie (Brent) Sigman of Manhattan, KS, Sarah Letourneau of Des Moines, IA; brother-in-law, Brent Gering (Della Strait), Concordia, KS; nephews, Jonas, Cannan, Grant, Isaac, Vincent, and Sam; nieces Rylee, Jane, Iris, and Grace; and too many friends to count.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Aurora, KS on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. with Father Joseph Kieffer officiating.
