Paul V. Walker, Jr., age 77, died Sat., Dec. 7, 2013 at Sunset Nursing Home, Concordia. He was born on June 16, 1936 in Miltonvale, KS to Paul V., Sr. & Nellie M. (Gunter) Walker.

Paul graduated from Miltonvale High School and then joined the US Army where he served from 1955-1957. He married Audrey A. Cyr on June 2, 1956 at the Miltonvale Wesleyan Church. After his discharge from the Army, Paul attended Miltonvale Wesleyan College. Paul was a finance officer for Assoc. Finance Co. & V.P. of The First Bank & Trust, Concordia and then was an automobile salesman for Babe Houser Motor Co. from 1987 until his retirement in 2000. Paul was a member of the Concordia Wesleyan Church and the Optimist Club.

Paul is survived by his wife, Audrey, Concordia; sons, Randall Walker & wife Tamera, Hays, Ronald Walker & wife Mary, Concordia, Roger Walker & wife Sondra, McPherson, & Robert Walker, Wichita; daughters, Renee Glass & hus. Richard, Cherryvale & Rhonda Newton & hus. Michael, Cherryvale; 17 grandchildren & 8 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Phyllis Jean McLellan; brother William Walker & an infant brother, Bobby Walker.

Funeral services will be held at 10 am, Tues., Dec. 10, 2013 at the Wesleyan Church, Concordia with Pastors David Redmond & Bob Burns officiating. Burial will follow the services at the Miltonvale Cemetery, Miltonvale with Military Honors conducted by American Legion Post # 76 & VFW Post #588. Visitation will be from 12 to 9 pm with the family greeting friends from 7-8 pm, Mon., Dec. 9 all at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home. The family suggests memorials to the Concordia Wesleyan Church or the Ronald McDonald House in care of the funeral home.
