Pauline F. Riley, 88 years of age, of Concordia, passed away Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Cloud County Health Center in Concordia. She was born on May 13, 1924 just west of Jamestown in Jewell County to Perla S. and Anna M. (Joiner) Fees with her twin brother Paul Ferris Fees. Pauline graduated from Concordia High School in 1942 and went on to receive a teaching certificate from Emporia State University . She and her husband farmed for many years south of Concordia until their retirement. Pauline also worked at Cloud County Health Center for 25 years.

Pauline is survived by 4 children, Faye E. Riley of Columbia , South Carolina , Harry S. Riley and wife Mary of Concordia, Ruth A. Riley of Columbia , South Carolina , Lois E. Tracy and husband Bruce of Concordia; 6 grandchildren, Amelia Hartshorn, Erin Hottman, Daniel Riley, Ann Riley, Grace Tracy, Teryn Tracy; 5 great grandchildren, Isaiah, Mercy, Gunner, Emma, Paxton; and several nieces an nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; dear husband Paul on September 9, 2001; infant daughter, Anna May; 4 brothers, David, Earl, Perla Roy, Paul; and a sister, Betty Shively.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home in Concordia with Rev. Tessa Zehring officiating. Interment will be in the Morrison Cemetery southwest of Concordia. Visitation will be held from 9 AM to 9 PM Tuesday, September 25, 2012 with family greeting friends from 6 – 7 PM at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the family's choice in care of the funeral home.
