Sally K. West, age 83, died Sat., Dec. 13, 2014 at the Good Samaritan Society, Minneapolis, KS. She was born in Bell Co., KY to William & Amanda (Mink) Jackson.

Sally married Raymond C. West on Oct. 19, 1953 in Kokomo, IN. He preceded her on March 29, 2009. She was a lifelong homemaker. She was a lifetime member of the American Legion #76, VFW #588 & Moose #1428 Auxiliaries.

Sally is survived by her daughters, Annie Desmarais (Dave), Clay Center, Marie White (Jim), Concordia & Christine Hartley (Don), Delphos; sons, Robert Jordan (Pat), Kokomo, IN, Jeff West (Leslie), Fishers, IN, Mike & Carl West, both of Concordia & Ray Nash (Lois), Idana; 27 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren & 15 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond; her parents; sons, David West, Nelson Johnson, Charles Nash, Everett West & Jerry Jordan; 1 great grandson; 2 grandsons; 2 brothers & 5 sisters.

Funeral services will be 10:30 am, Thurs., Dec. 18, 2014 at the Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home, Concordia with Pastor Cory Shipley officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from9 am to 9 pm, Wed., Dec. 17, 2014 at the funeral home. The family suggests memorials to the Sisters of St. Joseph Neighbor to Neighbor in care of the funeral home.
