Stephen D. Garlow was born on February 12, 1943 in Concordia, Kansas to Wayne and Louise Grand Pre Garlow.  He passed from this life on Monday, November 5, 2007 at Cloud County Health Center, Concordia, Kansas at the age of 64.  He graduated from Catholic High School in Concordia, KS.  He received radiology and X-Ray training from St. Joseph Hospital in Concordia.  He was an X-Ray Technician at St. Joseph Hospital and Cloud County Health Center until his retirement in June 2005.  He married Mary Ann Derousseau on May 15, 1971 at St. Joseph, KS.  She survives the home.  He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and a former member of Moose Lodge #1428 all of Concordia.  He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann of the home, a brother, Roger Garlow, Belleville, Kansas, a sister in law Floy Bigam, Downs, Kansas and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2007 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Concordia with Rev. Barry Brinkman officiating.  A Vigil service will be held at 6:30 PM Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home.  Visitation will be held from 9 AM to 9 PM Wednesday, November 8, 2007 at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home.  Burial will follow the mass at St. Concordia Cemetery, Concordia, Kansas.  The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Assoc., American Diabetes Assoc. or the Donor's Choice.
