Theresa F. Begnoche, age 94, of Aurora, entered in to rest on May 18, 2021 at the Park Villa Nursing Home in Clyde, Kansas.  She was born October 6, 1926 in rural Cloud County, the daughter of Francis and Anna (Girard) Cote.

She married Kyrl Begnoche on January 2, 1945, in Aurora.  She lived her whole life in Cloud County.

Theresa was a housewife and mother and helped many people caring for children and neighbors.

Her passion was gardening and later she enjoyed quilting.  She also loved to play cards and putting together puzzles.  She loved her family.

She was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church, Meredith until its closing and is currently a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Aurora.

Surviving are her daughter Carolyn, and husband Dennis, Randolph; four sons, Francis and wife, Sheila, Olathe; Gene and wife Kathy, Downs; Gary and wife Linda and Louis all of Aurora; 15 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, siblings and a grandson.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 21, 2021 from 1-8 PM at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home in Concordia, Kansas. A Rosary/Vigil service will be prayed on Friday, May 21, 2021 at 7:00 PM at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home in Concordia, Kansas, led by Fr. David Metz.  Family will greet friends after the Rosary Service.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 22, 2021 at St. Peter Catholic Church in Aurora, Kansas with Fr. David Metz officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, Meredith Township, Rural Concordia, Kansas.
